Thank you!

This sausage & apple recipe sounds delicious...do you use pre-cooked store-bought sausage or could you use homemade "German" sausage? My husband's family still makes their own pork sausage.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27982542.post-35542149844955319662007-10-30T11:06:00.000-04:002007-10-30T11:06:00.000-04:00Sounds and looks delicious!Sounds and looks delicious!Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16015990772190696841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27982542.post-8204538835639871292007-10-30T10:40:00.000-04:002007-10-30T10:40:00.000-04:00Mmmmm...I love apples and sausage... I make an old English recipe called "Flitch Pie" that has apples and potatoes and sausage (or ham, or bacon) all cooked in a pie crust with a little stock. I haven't made it in awhile... maybe this week. I have always concurred with Almanzo in _Farmer Boy_ whose favorite food was apples 'n onions. :o)Kristyn Hallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12596129414614469667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27982542.post-89665098608815049792007-10-29T18:37:00.000-04:002007-10-29T18:37:00.000-04:00Outstanding!
