Cora Regina born!

On April 24th, 2014, our ninth child and fifth girl, Cora Regina was born at our local hospital, weighing almost 9 lbs, and unbearably cute. Even though she was our first c-section after eight home births (she was breech), we were so happy to have her with us safe and adorable!

Deo gratias! Congratulations on the birth of Cora! She is beautiful.

I had my first c-section in February with our ninth child when our fifth son's two feet were ready to come out. The following is advice to which I should have listened. Take the time to rest. Listen to your body. If anything seems amiss, call your doctor. Let yourself heal, you are recovering from major surgery.

I hope that your recovery is going smoothly. May God bless you and your family!

I forgot to mention that I was also told by a lot of women, including one of my nurses, that walking is helpful.
how wonderful! I love her name- very very pretty
by the way...my almost 15 and 14 year old girls have devoured all the fairy tale books (except Rapunzel- there's time for that)- they love them...hopefully you will write more (hint hint)
